Fees
Fees are quoted after a scoping call. The figures below are starting points for a single Hong Kong legal entity with accessible records.
How we price
AML audit fees follow sample size, number of business lines, and whether fieldwork must stay fully on-site. We prefer fixed fees once scope is agreed, so finance teams can book the cost without hourly surprises.
| Engagement | Starting fee (HKD) | What moves the price |
|---|---|---|
| AML programme audit | From 85,000 | Entity size, systems count, multi-branch sampling |
| CDD file testing | From 38,000 | Sample size and risk mix |
| Sanctions controls review | From 45,000 | Alert volume and number of lists |
| Remediation readiness review | From 28,000 | Number of open findings |
Estimate factors we ask about
- Licence type and number of regulated activities
- Date and scope of the last external AML review
- Whether CDD archives are searchable by risk rating
- Need for bilingual report sections (English is standard)
Deposits
A 30% booking deposit confirms fieldwork dates. The balance is due on delivery of the final report. See our refund policy for how deposits are treated if plans change.
What we do not offer
Subscription packages, monthly software seats, or “unlimited advisory hours” retainers branded as tiers. If you need ongoing support after an audit, we quote that separately with a clear hour or day cap.
